Forum backgrounds? : Othor Games

I use the Warrior skin. I can see why some people would change it but I'm fine with it. I don't really like how the Elegant skin looks (or any of the other skins), it's more difficult for my eyes to read and the forums just feel kinda strange with it.

I never liked Warrior. IP Board and Elegant are pretty similar, but I prefer IP Board. (the text is a bit darker, and the edit tags don't stand out as much)

Oh man, I felt so confused and lost when i swapped to elegant. It wasn't elegant at all... It was plain and boring. The warrior one feels much more like BGS forum. The elegant felt like a forum I create with Kunena.... O_o

I miss the old IP.Board theme, New one looks to blocky and dull. Elegant only fixes the blockyness.

Never mind. Hm. Elegance has its pitfalls. Quotes are less distinguishable from the meat of a post.

If anyone is interested in using a stylish theme, perhaps you can use this one. It gives the TES forums the same background as community discussion.

Use the "Elegance" theme instead. It's very fast, clean and easy to read :smile:

In fact, it's superior to the Warrior theme in almost every aspect.

The text size in elegance is too small. I use IP.Board, it would be better if IP.Board had a black background with white text instead.

If I don't use Warrior theme, it makes me feel like I'm on one of those sketchy virus-ridden forums where anything goes and they don't have mods. It would just get me into trouble.

I also like the Elegant theme; I just wish they'd extend the expiry date of the cookie that's used to store the custom colour to something a bit longer than 10 days...

I guess I just prefer light skins, always have. And for that reason I greatly prefer Elegance over Warrior :shrug:

Yeah, the old IP.Board skin was great. Though it had a lot of minor broken things, whereas the elegant one doesn't.

I checked Warrior to see which I prefer. Now that I've been using IP Board for a few days, Warrior looks dirty. I love how clean IP is.

It'd be really simple to use Stylish and the like to change the background image.
