I don't find this a good solution as well, it's like they want to screw up UK customers (which receives a crippled copy respect to the rest of Europe, and have less chance to resell it).
Anyway AT LEAST videogames should display which language are supported on the cover, like DVD does.
I don't like this solution either. But at least it makes from a publisher's perspective sense. A split like with Skyrim doesn't.
Agreed, developers should at least inform their customers which languages are included that you know which version to buy.
Based on experience, do you guys think that Bethesda will care resolve this Euro-language issue? Or should I just sell my French version on ebay and order the UK or US version? I wouldn't mind waiting a few weeks, but I doubt that Bethesda will resolve this...
No, I wouldn't expect so. They probably don't even see this as an issue.
With Rage it was the same. No English included never got a fix or a statement to this issue.
