Is your driver up to date? I'd start there.

It's most definately the video drivers.

Go http://www.amd.com/uk/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx and use the "Find a Driver" function to the right and fill in the form and follow the directions on the screen.
I suppose you in your case would go like this:

1. "Notebook Graphics"
2. "Radeon HD Series"
3. "Radeon HD 6xxxM Series"
4. (Your windows version. It's very important that you choose the right one and the right bit-version)

For some odd reason though, when it comes to laptop drivers, AMD seems to make you download a program that will by itself download the actual self-extracting (and installing) archive.

When you are installing the actual driver (red catalyst window pops up, not the initial extraction window), select 'express install' and be careful NOT to touch or use the PC in any way while it's installing.
The screen will flicker and go black a whole bunch of times, but as long as the driver installs correctly it should return to normal.

You need to be carefull what mobility drivers you install. Not all laptop makers allow you to use the AMD ones, and you need to use the makers drivers.

On the page where it shows you the download, above it there is a link for the "release notes"...read it, and determine if your laptop can make use of the AMD drivers.

It specifically states what laptops you CAN'T use the AMD supplied ones on.

Everything blue means that you've run out of video memory - see the patch 2 release notes.

To resolve this, first of all remove any rageconfig files you might be using, then restart the game in safe mode to reset all settings, then dial down AA (especially if you're forcing it in your CCC), and then drop back to 4k textures (you shouldn't need to do this last step if you do everything else right).
