+1. Personally, I find it more likely that NCsoft spied out the information from Zenimax, then implemented, and announced it, so it looked like they had it first. Companies like Zenimax and the producers they have don't need to copy anyhing, and besides, if NCsoft thought of such great features ahead of time, why would they release them so early for other game developers to copy? Doesn't make sense, does it.
In the game industry, it doesn't matter who copied who. The only thing that matters first is who implements it first.
NCSoft was quick on its feet and implements it first. Even if Zenimax thought of it first, it was just too slow.
Looks like Zenimax better do a thorough check of its security loopholes if its data are so easily stolen if that was really the case.
