Ahhh that's what I was thinking it would be I guess. So it bridges the gap in power a bit but does still give a bit of an edge to the more advanced players other than just pvp experience?
I assume you are assuming it will be like that correct?
This is just an example:
In WAR you could have an end game, easily accesable helmet that has the following stats;
80 str
80 agi
80 wisdom
40 intel
And you get that at level 60.
A level 30 helmet would look more like;
20 str
14 wisdom
10 agi.
When boosted to 60 it would convert up to ;
40 str
28 wis
20 agi.
So obviously higher level gear gives you an advantage, but the lower level can still compete after he is bolstered.
Also, as a 60 you had access to 15-20 abilities, where at 30 you had access to 10. When the 30 gets bolstered to level cap he doesn't learn the higher level spells, just the ones he already knows get bolstered as well.
