Climbing up the Walls

I'm going to try and keep this as simple as I can: I am stressed out of my mind these days to no avail. Be it money issues, family issues, relationship issues or work problems, all these things are creating a chaotic singularity for me and its getting harder to trek on.

Any advice on how to deal and manage these issues better? Anything you've got, just throw it at me.

Or stress tips in general I suppose.

Seriously, find some new hobby that makes you happy. It's probably the only thing that would really work in a situation like this. Running, carving, painting, just something to release your frustration into. You might find something great there, maybe even a hidden talent. Gotta try!

Start jogging or working out. It's a good way to relieve mental stress and gives you a nice feeling afterwards.
