Right now am doing these types of workout.
Stairs: I go up and down the stairs at rapid pace for 30 minutes.
Weights:15 pounds each and I do 3 sets of 15 for all arm muscles.
Sit ups: I have ball that I use to do sit ups and three sets of 15 as well
Swimming: I do 25 laps in the pool.
So does anyone have any tips for me to improve this workout or add more to it.
