Will there be DLC for this game?

That really was a good interview. I just keep stepping in it when it comes to talking about anything future related with Dishonored. In an interview, there's a natural context for it to come up. It's something that's of interest for people, but in the official forums where the developers come by occasionally to see what we're thinking and sometimes tell us things----I think I've crossed the fan line a couple times into icky territory and your article helped to draw a line in the sand.

If there's things in the pipeline or you got that impression somehow, that's great. Unless Bethesda is trying to do something like EA where they have their own network to input DLC codes, that tab will probably work as a shortcut to the marketplace or PSN like other games. I don't suplose you'd mind answering a question on an unrelated note to DLC if it's in your power or doesn't violate anything you might have signed to play the demos?

I had free reign playing the demo. I am encouraged to talk about it :P ask away!

And I agree about it being a port to the marketplace, it sounds likely, but who knows?

So I'm not sure how often you peruse these here forums, but a topic we've brought up occasionally are bone charms. They seem like an anomaly amongst everything else because of their being minor buffs for various gameplay options and the fact that they can be equipped and dequipped like a piece of armor in an RPG. I'm not sure you can even answer this question since it's visually based, but what were the pause screens like and that facet in particular since it's the one thing you can change while in the field. Everything else, from what I've read and heard, is something that has to be decided at the hub before the start of a mission. They might not have bothered to equip any either so there'd be that preventing an answer too.

It's a really small thing lol, but I have vague impressions from other articles about various aspects. Although anything you can think of that hasn't been said would be great too and things that should be elaborated on. I'm hard pressed though since you crazy journalists have been pretty thorough about describing the fluidity of the melee combat, the various pathways, difficulty giving way to the thrills of adapting to a given scenario after getting used to the controls.

So yeah, that's what I have at the moment. Thank you so much for making it easy to ask! :)

(Please work this time)

After reading your Dishonored preview, the immediate thing I imagine will be of interest is you played on PS3. I haven't read any other preview with that being the platform used. You didn't mention it in the article, but were you able to play briefly on the other platforms? The issue of parity in treatment could be partially addressed, with the understanding that Dishonored is still being worked on and any impressions can only reflect the current builds. It would still be more than we know now.

Welp, I guess I can start getting depressed again. Who puts a DLC button on an unreleased demo?!

It was probably in the start-up menu.
