I wish the Companions had a radiant quest for fetching mead. The guards are onto something.

What's wrong, someone stole your sweetroll?

Never heard that one though.

Well, there's always that Jarl in Falkreath. He asks you to fetch mead, though it's only a one time occasion as far as I know.

Sadly that's just the way it is. Hopefully improvements are made in Bethesda's next games. I hate it when people think you are nothing when you are master of every guild and the slayer of the world eater.

i think that it is very hard to programm a reaction to all kind of things that you could do.

btw. there will be a reaction, if you kill the beggar in whiterun.

Yeah that's true it is no easy task. But I just wish some NPCs wouldn't call you a newcomer to the companions when you are the harbringer, or Dirge not knowing you are the leader of the thieves guild. Things like that shouldn't happen and it is very annoying.

I think NPCs should mainly react to some of the bigger quests the player undertakes. After killing Alduin it would have been nice to see a festival of some sort as the Dragonborn returns to Skyrim. Maybe people would give you free things just to show some gratitude to saving the world. Maybe Paarthurnax should have taught you a new shout that was once Alduin's and now given to you in hopes that you use it for good. Just some things that would have made the main quest more worth it.

Sometimes it feels pointless, when someone sends Dark Brotherhood on me, I kill their assassin, find out who ordered it, then I go to that person ready to use his guts as sheat for my blade and then he/she says; "Hello. What can I do for you?". I know killing that person won't change anything at all, nor it will serve as an example to others. Sad times.
