I just now relized another thing someone said that there will be 5 dlc and i think /predict it will look like this

1 dawnguard / skilltrees for wolf and vamp amonst a questline
2 hearthfire 50 mb download or less lamest dlc ever alongside horse armor includes addoption and house building no known questline
3 will be based on spears
4 based on wearbears
5 based on something to do with dragon riding just a guess cus we seen dragon mounts in gamejam

so with my prediction we have just enough to do 5 dlcs in bethesdas eyes

They said 5 big dlcs and a few small ones in between. We've still got a lot to go from here. I suppose you think they'll make a whole dlc about enhanced water physics as well, just because its on gamejam.

People who mod in children of other races don't know how to model. They just shrink the advlts and it just looks wrong. Only Bethesda can do it right.

I believe they said around 5 big DLC, with small stuff in between.
Woah Woah slow down, hook me up with a link to this 5 big DLC thing your talking about...

And smaller stuff from Gamejam will probably be added via patches (Like mounted combat/Magic killcams etc)

I dont think they have enough from Gamejam to make 4 more big DLCs out of.

The way I see it, GameJam was just something to find creativity. Sure, we've seen some things from GameJam made into DLC (and FREE patches, I should remind you), but there is no way that things like housebuilding was as thought out as it was in the GameJam video (just compare it to the Hearthfire trailer). Also remember, Hearthfire is not one of the big DLCs (Bethesda has a very small team working on Hearthfire, with a much bigger team working on the next big DLC), its more comparable to the new killcams and horse combat we got in patches just larger and more thoughtout, which is why the price is minimal.

By small team working on it you mean the guy who thought it up 9 months ago and had 9 months to make it perfect ???
sadly he will only get wage pay on his own work and development for 9 months at least he drug it out long enough that beth cant make too much off him

Probably right sad thing is they still wont allow us it for free
and as long as people buy crap like hearthfire, bethesda wont change there tune and will continue pumping out old and small stuff in nature just for a few more bucks

I think someone mentioned this already but they try so hard to keep things secret and

guess what???

fallout 4 is in development
either that or a miracle has happened and bethesda is working on a worthwhile DLC/expansion that has nothing to do with gamejam

and a message to bethesda
We all have seen gamejam vid 1000 times and we well i am ok with never seeing any of it again however
maybe if those ideas were used in the first 6 months i would still think its good but it has been over 9 months and i accept we may never see those things so how about making new stuff instead ? or if you do use those ideas maybe realize that it should be cheaper than usual due to the lack of support in keeping fans happy and letting us realize how lazy the people who work there are . i mean it takes 9 months to bring house building to skyrim when we seen it in gamejam 9 months ago WTF for real
Fallout 4 you say? Wow, could you imagine Fallout New Vegas with Skyrim graphics and animations? Would be the best game ever.

I wouldn't be surprised if we started being teased soon about a large release scheduled for around 11-11. The one year anniversary would be a good date for a significant release, and the bulk of the team has obviously been working on something. After all, it didn't take the team that created all the massive amount of content we got in Skyrim nine months to pound out just Dawnguard and Hearthfire.

Until you are qualified to do any member of the team's job, you shouldn't call their efforts lazy. As a customer, feel free to buy or not buy, but keep the professional assessments to the people actually qualified to do them.

Absolutely. It's amazing how little some people actually know about the software industry, or even business in general.

Bethesda can? Then how come they pulled the children right out of Fallout 3 then?...

I also find it odd that every Mod made the on PC that includes Mer or Beast children is 'under moderation' constantly~

isn't the whole point of game jam to get some ideas out there and see what everyone makes of them? or have I just got the wrong end of the stick?

Actually I do database linking and minor software development
So i hope this wasnt meant to me
I do have experiance and maybe not as much as bethesda workers I dont have the support files and resources they have but I HAVE CREATED mods for many games I have been Game moderator and server admin for a few different games
And mods i made were more full then something we see as dlc these days

I was just saying that hearthfire seems a lil old seeing as though we seen game jam vid months ago and mods have done that close to the beginning of april and that was 5 months ago

There are too many issues in this thread for me to clean it up.

If you can't express your opinions without attacking someone else, then don't express it. If you want to disagree, fine, disagree and state why you feel the way you do, not any comments as to why someone else feels the way that they do.
