Next think I know she walks up after blacking out and finds her self in the Temple of Dibella in Markarth (shere she'd never been before). Within minutes she sees a murder on the streets. After a night at the inn she witness a Vigilanet of Stendarr asking about an Abandoned house and when he explains the house is suspected of harboring demonworshipers and he needs to go in there, I naturally agree to do so.
Next think I know, I find myself in a clearly haunted house and cannot get back out. I wind up having to kill someone to reveal the path to get out and even that turns out to be more involvement with a Daedra that most folks would prefer when they set about to help a cleric of Stendarr clear out bad guys . . .
That is when everything starts to get whacky. I go to see the guy who has possible info on the murder the night before, and he wants me to get more info, so I start asking around. Pretty soon during my investigation, a paid thug comes to whump my butt but instead I beat him! He tells me who paid him to rough me up (a man of power in the community) so I go to confront him.
Lets just say-> after a long conversation, he and his followers decide to get aggressive and consequently he and his followers wind up dead. I figure it is time to go straight to the Jarl to let him know he's got a traitor who has been coopreating with the enemy outside the gates. But unfortunatley about 8 or 10 guards ran us out of town.
I tried sneaking back in, and did manage to kill 4 or 5 of them by sniping them outside the walls, but once inside the town they are too hard to see. Debating whether to leave that toon as DID or reload before her 'assault' on Markarth. I was just so amazed by having this happen that I had to just see what would happen if I TRIED to get back into Markarth.
There was one part where we wound up fighting some essential guyg Thangor or something and kept him down on his knee for the whole time but it wouldn't die!
Is this supposed to happen like this!?
