1.8 Beta Update; Solstheim DLC - Thread #19

Someone ruling over something doesnt=prince, and the code doesnt equal everything thats actually in the game. The code also has vats in it. Thats definitely not gonna be in the game. It could be left over files from Skyrim mentioning the prince.

show me if you can find it, because that makes no sense, unless its just a nickname. he's not a new snow elf prince.

This thread's about the dlc, not Dawnguard.

So you think we'll only get one kind of spear or will it be for all materials?

its his refrence in the code ( same way hmdeadera could be hermaeus mora reference in code) that dosen't make him the snow prince which is a completely diffident thing. the whole point of the argument is that dawn guard files weren't wrong in referencing him as snow elf prince because it not saying hes the snow prince, two completely diffrent concepts

I haven't seen anything like that in the code provided by the guy who found it, Mardoxx I think, but I would asssume it would be in steel, and stalhrim.

Ah, I thought you were trying to say they really were princes.

just was saying that was his reference in code, most likely due to his position over the falmer

Actually, they should be exactly the same as on morrowind, as far as materials for spears go. Thats chitin, dwarven, steel, iron, ebony, and silver.

True, but it wouldn't make much sense to me and I'm sure to them either to include spears, yet not have the same materials.

I was thinking that they might just do what they did with crossbows

Morrowind only had steel and dwarven crossbows. Dawnguard had every material for them that Morrowind had.
