There should also be a DLC that makes Nazis attack Skyrim.

which concludes in the dragonborn taking out the thalmor oberkommando and dissolving their evil volksgemeinschaft

If you want a DLC that turns the major characters of a game's storyline into zombies, may I suggest Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare? It's a good DLC, completely separate from the story of the original game, and works very well.

On the subject of "Rise of the Dead," however...

Sorry, but this idea seriously has absolutely no appeal to me whatsoever. Skyrim's underpopulated enough as it is. The last thing I want to see is a DLC that just turns them into boring, mindless zombies.

I think we can when you open yourself up to it:

If people are telling you they think your idea is dumb/a joke/unoriginal/whatever else, it's only because you asked them for their opinions.

End of story, exit stage left.

Hey guys I think were going to turn everyone into a draugr and call it a DLC.... How about some DLC with shiny Pink Winged Unicorns that go Moooooooo while they fly around. I haven't seen that in every other game, tv show, and movie on the plant.

Like good ol Ron said, you can't fix stupid. Sorry if that's harsh buddy but if you would have actually used that mushy thing between your ears before hitting the post button this wouldn't be happening right now.

I've had an overload of zombies. Zombie movies, zombie memes, zombie games. It's like the boy band craze several years back. Just go the hell away already.

This is something that could be added as a mod, and would be another one of those mods that I shake my head at and think "why, oh why did someone bother spending time creating this?".
So yeah, no thanks. I was interested when you mentioned necromancers, but then it turned out to be just another zombie-horror thing.
But a necromancers guild you can join... Now that'd be interesting. Just no plague that causes people to eat their own brain and use it as fuel when they rocket themselves to the moons.
I would like to see a Necromancers guild as well with a good story and interesting characters.
But could you come up with a good event\story for it? Would have to be something with dead bodies, rituals? Blood, bones, all that necromancer stuff.

Well, graveyard looting, buried chamber pillaging, secret entrances and a secret cult or more refined necromancers than your average necromancers would be a start. An example of the dark rituals that could happen is something similar to the gatekeeper quest of the Shivering Isles DLC in Oblivion.

Some deeper purpose that'd be revealed to the player after they earn their trust. Perhaps to zombify a figure in a high position, to gain control of an entire city? Kinda like a thieves guild meets dark brotherhood, with a hint of mages guild, but highly illegal and evil.

Naturally the DLC would have to include an equally interesting anti-necromancer group. (vigilants of stendarr's reformed?)

Too much flames and rudeness in this thread to leave it open. OP, there is a DLC suggestion thread about here somewhere that is open for DLC suggestions and your idea would be better offered in that thread.

Rude remarks won't be welcome in there however. Don't like another member's idea? Walk on by without comment or at least let them know in a kind and civil way.
