i have my level 81 nord ready to turn into a were wolf and feed on any vampire lord as a dawn guard but i have my lvl 20 kajhit to be a cute lil vampire lord kitty XD

I will probably go with the vampire side first simply because I cannot proceed with my animal extermination quests because the animal in question is dead with the quest arrow floating above it. Has anyone heard if the DLC was dropping at midnight?

I already played through the Dawnguard side, and I'm currently doing the Vamp side.

Vampires do look badass, but I am a Nord as well as a werefolf, so I feel like I have to be a dawnguard. Virtuosus, you played it already. Which side do you think is better?

Absolutely you can loot it (not a beta tester). There's a box that has, "not playable" in the Creation Kit and only when you check that box, can it be not playable. Crossbows are confirmed to be a player usable item. There's no point in making two sets, one the player can use and one the player can't.
