Dawnguard or vampires? also through you're playthrough will you be a vamp lord warewolf or neither?

First playthrough will be my oldest character who is a werewolf and will be joining the Dawnguard. Then a vampire I currently have for Vamp lords.

Well I will be play with my Nord first hes be Dawnguard and hes a werewolf
2nd maybe my redguard mage or imperial mage they will go Vampire side and be a vampire

Definitely vampires! I don't know if you can kill a dawnguard member and get their crossbows while being a vampire but that would be amazing :biggrin:

Is it too much to ask for both sides?

For my first playthrough I'll definitely be joining the Vampire Lords, but I definitely have a character ready for dawnguard.

Dawnguard, it seems every old character I have and have slightly forgot about is a werewolf so I am probably going to make a new character for the Volkihar.

Absolutely you can loot it (not a beta tester). There's a box that has, "not playable" in the Creation Kit and only when you check that box, can it be not playable. Crossbows are confirmed to be a player usable item. There's no point in making two sets, one the player can use and one the player can't.

this is my dilema. I want my main character to have the most rewarding storyline.
Right now im leaning towards DG because it suits my character more, but i have a feeling the vampire's will be very good

I have 3 characters total, my oldest, who is most certainly a Vampire, my 2nd who hates vampires, and a 3rd, which I just started yesterday, who will be my wild card.

My Nords Cyrus and Sirus... Will be Dawnguard Vampire killing machines because they both use bows and other needs for dawngaurd faction, My Altamer female Necromancer will be the Vamipre Lord.

I will be playing both sides at least twice. But I am more excited for the vampires.
