Any word on a Nordic Style Houses from Oblivion?

So let me get this strait Hearthfire is released today only on Xbox Live & us PC players will have to wait a month? I figured PS3 would have to wait the longest, I'm quite surprised PC players have to wait as well.

It is an assumption PC players will be waiting only a month, no release date was announced for the PC or PS3 versions. And exclusive means only the Xbox 360 players get it for at least a month, it turns out any longer than a month it just means the PC or PS3 version was not ready yet. Which is not going to worry Microsoft one bit.

It would seem a pretty safe assumption for PC players to expect it after a month, since they only had to wait that long for Dawnguard. Unlike the PS3 players who are still waiting.
