Braggen is a bit of a softie and brought Meeko home for Dorthe to grow attached to, she eventually adopted him. I admit I hate dogs in this game, that mutt that daedric quest stuck us with was bad enough. The wife, housecarl and steward all call Meeko a dumb dog, he barks all the time, has twice knocked stuff over and generally behaves like an idiot. The rabbit causes no problems, the dog has got to go! At least trying to sacrifice Meeko to a dragon seems to have solved Braggens dragon problem, 3 visits and no dragon, pity I wanted him to eat the dog.

Guess I will have to find another way to get rid of him, no way is he moving into one of my town houses.

Third time Meeko knocked stuff flying Braggen takes him for a long walk. Honestly I never realised how hard it is to get rid of a dog, three frost trolls could not do it. Eventually Braggen accidentally like sends an arrow Meeko's way. On his return Braggen finds out Dorthe some how mysteriously knows what happened to Meeko.

Dorthe - Why did you do that!
Dorthe - I will never speak to you again

Braggen is getting the angry look from daughter.
Dorthe is on the floor ignoring him saying "leave me alone"

Right, obviously Braggen has failed parenting, time to replay that and find another way to dispatch the dog. Meeko never plays with her, never follows her around like the rabbit, he is a lousy pet!

In my game i almost always bring Bran along and Serana.

When I went to visit the Lakeview plot Lucia ran over immediately and said "Ohhhhhh a doggie! Can we keep him?"

Of course I said yes. Bran is pretty cool tho nobody not even the steward complains about him/her. And Bran will follow Lucia around ive noticed when she randomly goes outside to play.

Bran will kind sit down or laydown nearby while Lucia is out swinging her wodden sword around.

So now I bring Sceolang with me the other huskie when im out and bout.

nothing against meeko i just dont care for the model design of the dog.

I've decided I'm sticking with Bran. I'll just avoid the hell out of Meeko's shack to avoid the guilt. My decision was made because of the lack of interaction between my kids and Meeko, and the fact that I need a strong dog to keep my family and friends safe while I'm gone. I feel bad for meeko, but my family's safety comes first. Wish I could give him to the orphanage.
