Skills implemented in new DLC? And their outcomes?

Sure, lets add 50 new skills and a max level of 200!

More skills means faster leveling. More perks would only aggregate the "demi-god" the player already becomes by level 81. So "Why not?" you ask? Because its unnecessary. Bethesda could if they wanted, but they wont. Its not the game they want.

Of course it's NOT necessary, you took what I said and made it seem like I want more levels, that's not the case at all I just think more skills with unique and personal perks will make it more meaningful of a skill than just lumping them with existing skill/perks, and if it could possibly be implemented how can Beth do so.

And if we're already "demi-gods" by level 81 I doubt level 101 (with 1-2 extra difficulty levels)
Make a big difference besides unless you grind for hours or use the Oghma glitch most people never get close to 81, most stay between 50-60 if not less.

On a side note, you seem a little aggro towards me I didnt mean to get anyone upset I just want to discuss this topic will be interesting and help me figure out what's the best way to implement new weapons and skills will be. Sorry if I did make you upset.

IMO polearms and staffs should be governed by Two Handed skill. Flails and the like would be One Handed. Pretty simple really.

IF they were to add skill trees, it should be a single tree for each race. Khajjit would get movement speed & hand to hand bonuses (specifically power attacks use less stamina). Nords could further increase frost resistances & extra bonuses for Two Handed. Wood Elves improving Animal Allegiance and ranged weapons. You get the idea.

I like the race specific perk tree idea but how will you level it? If anything it should be like the VL perk tree than which is depends on how much you use it? But there we have another problem cause some race specific things are passive you can't really "use" them.

Also spears should have a one handed option for spear and shield game play.

Lets say hypothetically they did add spesial skill trees for new weapons, then they would HAVE to retroactively change the existing weapon types to compensate for it, UNLESS, they make the new weapons use existing trees/skills AND include new special trees for every weapon type, but how would that work from a DLC standpoint? You can't without drastically altering how the game plays. This is an all or none situation. And I strongly believe Bethesda would opt for not changing the way the game plays for the sake of a DLC. They want the gameplay to flow between all the DLCs, and, ideally, everyone would own all the dlcs, so they wouldnt want one DLC to change the core mechanics.

So again, they can, but wont.

Im pretty sure you can't get every perk so god characters are out of the question. New skill tree's would be awesome, im missing the hand to hand skill tree from oblivion. I think polearms and spears etc. can go under 2 handed and possibly be the fastest to use out of the 3 weapons already under the two handed skill. Throwing weapons could go under range or archery or sneak but that wouldn't make a whole lot of sense simply because the name of the skill is archery. Flails could be a good addition to one handed, but then they would have to extend the perk tree or change names of certain skills and so on. IMO i think they should just increase the size of the perk tree's and maybe add a little more for these added weapons, items, abilities and so on, not make complete new perk tree's.
