Hi I wanted to make a loading screen npc with custom stuff but .... Altough I know more or less how to setup , pose etc ....
I would like toknow how to make a specific face to look like I want ... In particular if possible something created with the pc sliders ingame or perhaps some tools? .... How can it be done?

Check out http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17018. It will let you design an NPC using the in-game showracemenu editor and save the results so you can import them into the CK.

Ok I managed to create an NPC and export the facegen data so I imported in 3dsmax ... I imported all the body objects I needed , I imported an animation to play on the skeleton then I setup the pose of the character ... I save 3dsmax , and I make a copy f the savegame , then I delete the skeleton after meging the skin ... I export the wholemodel , but the nif the texturesare totally messed up the skin of the body looks translucent and opaque , all other nifs look opaque , only setting off the vertex colors shows the proper texture but , on the skin not it looks strangely shaded in a very dark pink with shiny surface and black shades ... also I saw that there are ragdolls on the npcs so how is possible to create a npc that looks like the vanilla oneS?

I do not know how load screens work but this post should bump your question back to the first page where hopefully someone more knowledgeable will see it.

Have you tried asking in the MOD forum, Prometheus?

There seems to be more modellers hang out in that forum, rather than here, and this is a modelling type question.

Try over there if you are getting no luck here

(I have no idea on the modelling/texture stuff, sorry :()
