Do you have to press both buttons to do it? I've tried to find ways to do it for ages, and all it does is either nothing, or make me stop sprinting and do a regular swipe attack.

And as for the whole Beastblood thing being the disadvantage, the same thing could be said about people attacking stage 4 vampires (before they nerfed that). You just had to feed, sell your gear/whatever else you wanted to do, and wait 3 days to go back to stage 4 and having increased powers again.

I think he means the werewolf sprint attack, sprint and press right trigger if I recall and he lunges at enemies, If I recall it knocks down enemies (makes them rag doll) makes it possible for a level 5 werewolf to beat a Giant.

Then should they remove the ability to become a vampire lord or even a vampire in general more than once?

But..Aela isn't infatuated with the dragonborn (People who marry her say she calls you her brother..lol) and is mortal and can't replenish her blood fast enough to keep turning you..did you see the amount of blood that came out when she cut herself and filled the fountain bowl thing with her blood, she could probably only do it one more time before she dies of blood loss.

Serana on the other hand is immortal and blatantly loves the dragonborn so it explains why she is always willing to turn you into a Vampire whenever asked.

Back and forth is lame.

Both Vampirism and Lycanthropy finally have the bite they ought to but there's not enough downside. No reason not be one at this point, it's kinda lame.

I have no problem with the back and forth, especially if they make it so you lose your perks if you lose your powers.

Both need to have more downsides, and I think Bethesda really screwed the pooch making the vanilla vampires identical to the vampires in Dawnguard sans transformation abilities, and overall they're both lacking in significant downsides. I posted some of the pros and cons I think werewolves should have on the previous page. Thoughts?

And as for them having the bite they ought to... I see what you did there.

I agree Aela should only be able to turn you once (even though she can replenish her own blood over time). But I also think Serena should only have the power to turn you into a VL once thats all.
