First of all Dawnguard rocks my face off! I want to thank Bethesda for another great addon. Second can anyone tell me if there is a way to go streight to Harkon and not visit the Dawnguard fort because I have a lvl. 19 vampire that i dont plan on cureing and it would make more sense to just travel to castle Volkier.

You could try just going straight to where Serena is being held and freeing her. I'm pretty sure you can do that without being on the quest because the cave has no door.

If you don't know where it is, basically it's near the place where the Vigilants of Stendarr used to live. There's a mountain path a tiny bit north of there, follow the path and it will take you to a cave.

You don't need to cure it to go to DG, you actually get unique dialogue from Serana if you are a base Vampire.
