She looks the same and acts the same. Only difference is the whites in normal eyes are replaced with a yellow nasty malaria looking thing. Her new iris color is blue/green.

yeah... her eyes look really weird when she's human... so much so that I'm tempted to keep her as a vamp

I'd like one too. Apparently an image of her cured or video of curing her and her rejections speech are nonexistent on the internet

You can only cure her if you side with the Dawnguard.

I didnt even know this thread of mine still existed. sorry about posting in the wrong section, once she says she doesn't want to talk about you already messed it up. im pretty sure you can't ask her about it until after the questline otherwise she wont do it. and i only cured her to try it to see if marriage would work, then i reverted.
