What the hell Beth?!?!?

Personally, its not that people die that bug me. I can take care of any attack without deaths or reload if I have to. It's not that the event is hard. But, it is bugged I believe or needs to be tweaked. In some games, not all, the encounters happen too much. And in no way should they stack with other random events in a city. I should not have a thief/vampire/dragon attack happen at the same time.

The random events do not stack on the walled towns, and for the unprotected towns, the events stack exactly the same as they do for any other outside location. My Braggen fast travels to Morthal the chances are he would show up with the usual crowd, 1 or 2 dragons, random animals or bandits and some Dawnguard. My second character, Aussie is shortly starting Dawnguard and I will see if she can get vampires instead of Dawnguard. Braggen does get Vampires spawning in the walled towns, but everywhere else he seems to get Dawnguard.

I would presume it is either the difficulty level you play on, how you play or what you have completed that determines how many of the random encounters you have stacking up.

Difficulty has nothing to do with it, and the walled towns do have more then 1 random encounter. I've had them before. Not that I'm complaining. Which I'm not, for the record.

The bolded you can't assume. Maybe not in you game, but I have had events stack in walled cities.

And, yes every game is different. And that's why some are experiencing problems while others are not. But, just cause you aren't doesn't mean others are making things up

I can respect that. I personally like it, but I can still agree that they shouldn't stack, although it makes the game more exciting to me.

I can respect that you like it. =) and personally, I like the vampire attacks. I'm not complaining about having them. I just complaining about the amount that I tend to have. I don't think how some people are encountering them was intended. It needs to be tweaked, maybe a bug or maybe an oversight on the random event equation.

Personally, stacking is a little too much for my taste.

So you get attacked by dragons, random enemies and vampires all at the same time in walled cities? I have only ever had a character encounter a dragon in a walled city twice. The events in Riften do not count, the thieves and ex guards do not attack you or NPC's.

I've had a legendary dragon attack while thugs came for me, and the vampire random attacks all at the same time in Whiterun. THAT was funny, since the vampires straight pwned them, and the dragons finished of the vamps.

Yes. Happened in Solitude too, dragon and vampires.

And Riften still counts when thieve and vampire encounter is causing a dogpile in the middle of the market of people attacking as a dragon is flying overhead.

Edited mistake.

The events are NOT based off of randomness in its entirety. It is also not based on town/city locattions/defenses. The events that feel random are actually based around WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN THE GAME. This means the more multidimensional you roleplay the more multidimensional these events become.

More plain and simple version of this may look like the following. If you do or hear about two factions such as the dark brotherhood. Annd the dawn guard the more likely one of the two factions will cause an event to happen (add in the choices youve made and how far youve traveled in these factions). It is all up to the player basically.

If your character has completed all factions(including dragonborn related quests) than the events are equally as likely to happen across the board resulting in radiant storytelling unintentionally scheduling multiple events at the same time. I roleplay very one dimensionally the best i can resulting in less events.

Theyre not COMPLETELY random, but theyre random as far as when they occur. Every1 knows that. The only one that is truly random is dragons.
