Honest Feelings of Dawnguards. Feel free to share.

You don't have to go through Aftand . I usually get there through MZINTLF not sure on spelling. There seems to be four or five entrances. I enter one and then go around activating all the express surfaced elevator in case I need to go back down for some reason.

Just got Dawnguard 2 days ago, however in France it seemed like a joke since they postponed the release date to something like 14th July because of the nvde and invisible enemy bugs ... It got rubbish and subjective reviews!

I still bought it and joined the Vampire Side ! Great mechanics for the Vampire Lord and I found that the crossbow was really satisfying even though its not absolutely necessary (it looks and sounds awesome, and has decent damage, that's all)

And I don't understand every one whining about the Soul Cairn! I found it was great actually! The atmosphere fits perfectly what you would expect from a plane of Oblivion... And I actually like the fact that everything looks pretty much the same and that you can get lost easily ! you feel like you're in a maze ! But that's my opinion tho :)

Please don't troll this thread.
I think the word you're looking for is "flame". Trolling is when someone aims to anger another for pleasure.

I thought Dawnguard was pretty solid, but I can see how it wouldn't appeal to all play types. And there isn't much post-dlc content to be had.

When I say "troll" I mean "troll." Here is the definition of internet trolling.
Trolling-
Being a [censored] on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can.

Eh, I mainly wanted it for the new Werewolf Perk tree, but then I realized how shafted Werewolves got in relation to Vampire Lords, so I decided to do that instead lol.

New locations are fun, the crossbows are cool, and the Vale was ok. Revered and Legendary Dragons are a nice addition, especially when you can pwn Ancient and Elder Dragons with ease.

The Soul Cairn was cool, but it would have been nice if it were fleshed out more and there was actually more to do there.

It's nice to finally make Dragonbone weapons, too lol. We should have been able to do that before, really.

All in all it was okay, but I think we should have gotten a bit more for 20 bucks. Maybe more locations, more mobs, and a story COMPLETELY separate from the main quest.
