I actually thought that was bethesda giving in to all the people that whined about Skyirm holding your hand for every quest. Which was why I loved the Aetherium Forge quest. No markers, just deductive reasoning (and a badly drawn picture )
Here's one http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/542935853909897994/4D72EA2442AEDA8160BC0B491C1DC7D8643B926A/ from in there. It's just one scenery that could probably be seen elsewhere too, as it's not a picture of anything specific in that Vale, but the mountains surrounding it and the sky.

That's breathtaking! Where in Skyrim is that located after Dawnguard is installed?

At first you have to do the main quest of the DLC (either side) up until the point that leads you there, from then on you can fast travel. Its is located in the far north-west of Skyrim, a hidden valley in the mountains that seperate it from Hammerfell.

I think it separates it from high rock. Isn't hammerfell more south?
Need a 1600 x 1200 size of this badly!!!! Or something like this! Awesome and breathe taking... Only way to make it better, for me, is to add Rainbow Dash in it XD.
