Tru TV is the epitome of this. Formerly known as Court TV, after they switched to Tru TV, their tagline became "not reality, but actuality". Which is complete nonsense because not one of their "actual reality" shows are real. The majority even have disclaimers pointing out that you are indeed watching total bull [censored]. I cringe when I see someone watching that channel or hear them talking about a show on it.
