Subs generally, although some dubs are well-made that I'll watch the movie or show if I don't feel like reading (such as while eating, etc.)
But I could probably count the good dubs I've seen on one hand: Princess Mononoke, Porco Rosso, Dragonball Z... hmm, off the top of my head that's it, actually.
Subs are invariably better because the voice actors are better cast, understand the source material better, and generally have higher production values across the board.
