So Iron Man 3 was awesome.

Not gonna see it. Didn't get my money back from Iron Man 2 yet. My eyes will never be the same after watching that movie. It just was soo bad.

Honestly Iron man 2 wasn't a terrible film, compared to the original sure it's a huge let down. It's average at worst.

It was total garbage. It really had no plot and had laughable sequence of events. All the characters were bad and would have enjoyed the movie more if they all died at the end.

I got the feeling it was more a prelude to The Avengers more than it was a sequel to Iron Man.

You really miss those 50 dollars don't you

50? I went to the movies and watched it. It was like 10 or so dollars to see it.

I'm in pieces over your loss. You forgot to add the 'in my opinion' part to your posts, by the way. I liked it. The worst of the three films, IMO, but still enjoyable.

Quoted for truth. He should have gotten some extra mileage out of his money by drying his tears with his ticket. :disguise:

The forums are in fine form tonight. :disguise: (Irony, BTW.) Remember, someone disliking what you like isn't a de facto attack on you. Calm down.

I didn't see anything as an attack. I just dislike it when people put their opinions forward as fact. Granted, he may not have meant to, but assumptions everywhere on the internet.

All the good seats are sold out already at my favorite theater...

Looks like the regular theater for IM3 and save the money for Star Trek

I'm disappointed. It seems every time there is a good movie release my step-son goes to his real father's the weekend the movie releases. So, I end up having to wait an extra week to see it with him. There is also a good chance his real father will take him to see this movie too; which means I'd have to go by myself or not at all as he won't want to see it again.

Agreed.

I also thought it was really great what they did with the Mandarin.

I seen it twice, and I still think Man of Steel is going to be better. I felt the surprise at the end was well done, and look forward to seeing what they do with that. 8/10 a solid movie, didn't blow me away like Iron Man 1.

Saw it last night, it was good. Iron Man is my favorite not-actually-super hero.

Unfortunately, Marvel will never top the X-Men movies.

Didn't like the twist. You can deviate only so much from the source material before the adaptation becomes a bastardization. They have started down this road in IM3. Otherwise it was a solid stand alone flick. Not better than the first, but better than the second.
