I was wondering how much more visible the meteors are in southern areas than in Canada, where I live. I don't really live near any large cities, so there isn't much trouble with seeing the night sky, but the meteors seem to be quite small, and all heading south. Maybe the meteors appear larger in places like southern North America or maybe they don't show up at all.
But let's just discuss meteor showers and other astronomical phenomena that some of us may have experienced before. Supermoons, eclipses, anything at all that is a natural occurrence and is something to do with looking up at the night sky and thinking "You don't see that every day", post about them here.
