Tonight instead of doing heroic stuff like hunting the Falmor, I decided to take a walk. I slept in my house in Markarth, got up early in the morning before sunrise, and went out to see the sights. It was a clear sunny day, and I walked all the way to Winterhold listening to the soundtrack and checking out the sights.
No fighting, just sightseeing. And I had an absolute blast. The fugitive ran up to me and gave me something, threatened to kill me if I snitched(the hunter never showed up), I ran into Ma'iq and talked to him until he told me to buzz off , gave a farmer 5 gold pieces, and bought a magic staff from a wanna be magic user.
There is just so much to do in this game it's mind boggling. You can craft, go adventuring, build a house, get married, adopt kids, have a companion, harvest crops, chop wood, mine ore, sit in a tavern and listen to a bard while having a drink, listen to people talk, and do like I did tonight, go on a walk in the country side while checking out the scenery.
And this isn't even counting all the mods I have installed.
I swear, in my 35 years of video and computer games, I cannot recall ever enjoying a game this much.
