Yes i know this may be beating a dead bush but i think the crime system could fix this griefing problem everyone is talking about. If you dont know the term Flag its a term that means you are one who can be attacked with no remorse of the crime system.
You attack an innocent you are flagged by everyone. Once you attack an innocent that flag stays on you for a certain amount of time. you kill someone when you flag you get a kill count. Get x amount of kills and you become a murderer and are permanately flagged by everyone. This means when you become a murderer and anyone can kill you without getting a kill count. Kill counts can be removed with time or whatever the devs come up with.
Join a faction and become flagged by opposing factions.
Join a guild and become flagged by any guilds your guild chooses to go to war with, and opposing factions.
Join a guild with no faction base become flagged by any guilds your guild chooses to go to war with.
This is just an idea and i know they want us to go to cyrodil pvp but that should be where the faction pvp is one thing they should allow is not joining a faction. This thread was an idea on how the game could open there borders and allow more pvp and have a way to police the bad. Your thoughts?
