PS4 Patch questions.

As long as the settlement size glitch works I'm good. The cheating glitches I could care less about.

To be fair, duping and cap glitches are no more of a cheating glitch than the settlement glitch

I could not get it to work on PS4 after updating, hope its just me pressing the wrong buttons, but I had no problems the day before :/

You could argue that since exceeding the limit would allow abuse of purifiers and such, but it's more of overcoming an unnecessarily small cap on building.

I would say it is but only because duping and the cap exploit can actually make your game "easier."

80 hours into the game from what I can tell Settlements are just for "fun" they don't really ever impact anything gameplaywise - I guess you get more stores to buy and sell from but I mean on the side of that you just get to build more fun stuff :P.

Still though in a single player game I think moaning about cheats is too much, Bethesda didn't need to do this - and I never used the cheats and still think their removal is not needed.

Totally my thinking. This is a singleplayer experience and having umlimited caps or building materials doesnt really hurt anyone outside of your livingroom right? Especially on PS4 and XBOX where you dont have console commands available, those two gave us a little bit of fun playing around with the limits.

The only glitch I could understand if it gets fixed is the unlimited settlement size bar, as - depending on how you get used to play in the early game - you could accidentally keep decreasing your limit without knowing that you are, causing your system to crash (in extreme cases)

Hi Ops,

Did you ever get a chance to test out this latest patch and see if it disabled those exploits?

Thanks,

Shane
