When adding/changing textures in a Nifskope BSShaderTextureSet Data Block, it is important to put your DDS texture in the right "row".
When opening the Block Details, under Textures, you should see 7 rows of "Textures" below it. Your texture should go into the second row (second flower from the top), and it's path must start with: textures\\
