hey dude i agree but just so you know gauss weapons don't have any recoil, it's like a crossbow all momentum is going forward....sorry to sound like a nerdy [censored]

Gauss weapons have recoil... have you shot the Gauss Rifle?

It doesn't look a damn thing like one, but it's a .50 cal semi-auto handgun. For all intents and purposes, at least as far as playing the game goes, yes.

yeah, i did forget about it until i played after i was on here the other day...cause it was exactly what i wanted lol haha. yeah i like that it's not the deagle tho cause it's a modern gun..and i know it was in the first 2...but as i said..it's a gun i wouldn't have put in the fallout world...

but yeah the 12.7mm is awesome..i do apologise.. haha

yeah in the NV and 3 they do...but what he's saying is about how a guass weapon works...it's like a rail gun practicly.the coil shoots the projectile. so no compustion like a normal firearm..so technically it shouldn't have recoil..hopwever..it does

But we are talking about New Vegas right? Why would they have a Gauss rifle that has recoil and then they add the Gauss pistol which doesn't.
