Seen threads on the various potion effects, but do we have any information on things like wine, mead, beer, cyrodillic brandy, etc. and their effects?

Wondering this too after reading the 'skooma is in' thread. Are there screen effects like dizziness and does drinking make you wobbly and uncoordinated for any length of time? One thing I always wanted was for drugs to have an actual noticeable affect.
