Power Armor Training : Fallout: New Vegas

I have found the Brotherhood of Steel, and even found some nice power armor, but I can't wear it. Where do I get the training? I've snooped around their base a bit, but can't find where to get it (that is, assuming they give me the perk to begin with).

You have to do the BOS quests....

Finish the brotherhood quests then ask to join the brotherhood once you finish 1 last quest they will let you join and give you power armor training and a set of armor.

There are two ways to get the Power Armor Training perk.

One is to complete the Brotherhood of Steel quest called Still in the Dark. Leaving McNamara in charge gives the best rewards for the quest, but any successful outcome will get you the perk.

The second way is to complete the Enclave Remnants quest called For Auld Lang Syne. You can get it by talking to Arcade Gannon in the Old Mormon Fort. Talk to Daisy Whitman after finishing this quest and she will give you the best armor in the game (Remnants Power Armor).
