I'll keep it simple. I pre-ordered this game on Steam about a year ago now, and I've been looking for solutions to the texture pop-in/lag/loading/whathaveyou every now and then. I have a Radeon HD 4650, and I'm sh!t with techy-stuff. I just don't get why this hasn't been patched, when it's been a year since launch in October.

Anyway, if anybody has a simple step-by-step guide on how to fix it, plx halp.

Sidenote; I've tried several configs I've found on the Internet, but none of them really fixed it.
