So I searched through the forums and for some reason, have found nothing mentioning this issue, leading me to believe it may be operator error

I purchased the game on 05/31/11 for the PS3; pre-ordered through GameStop. Included in my receipt was the unique code for the Darkset Pack. There is no place for me to enter this code when I load the game (the manual says there should be a section under the Special Features Menu beneath the Extras option on the main screen, there is not). Could someone please advise me of either what I am doing incorrectly here or if there is some sort of issue regarding the PS3 content? Thanks in advance.

Well, based upon the awesome response time and great support provide by Bethesda and inXile, I'm returning this POS to the store. Judging by the lack of responses by company support members in this forum, you clearly don't give a damn about the community, which is probably the 1st reason there are so many bugs and issues with the game.

I sincerely hope that this isn't the 'new' Bethesda we get to look forward to with a game as anticipated as ESV.

I purchased this game simply because it had Bethesda's name on it, and that name has earned a great deal of trust. Not anymore... I'll wait until other people waste their money on your games and read reviews before I even consider making another purchase.

If you're on PS3, try redeem the code from the PlayStation Store. In the top right of the store, there is a redeem code option that allows you to enter the 12-digit code.
