Multiplayer is part of the game. It isn't a seperate product. So if you buy the game (Or pre-order it), you will be able to play it in multiplayer.

I don't know if you can pre order in Israel, though.

All copies of Crysis 2 will have the multiplayer and singleplayer. You wont have to buy them seperately.
