I tried to write about this in the cheats forum. But i guess there's to many topics for this to be on top.
So now i try here in the general discussion.

From anyone else than a us resident no one can buy this official guide. For some reason Prima/gamesas wont let the rest of the world know about this guide. At least the one for the pc.
What is there to do to get this guide in pdf format outside of usa?
would any one know who else sells the pdf guide. ?
Or even would any one buy the pdf guide for me, send it to me via email and then i could transfer the money to you.

I would really much like to hear others thought about this.

I don't know about a PDF, but you can certainly buy a physical copy of the strategy guide outside the USA. I live in England and I have one.
