Problem getting the mod files to show up in data folder

So I recently started building a custom household in the creation kit, everything was going just smoothly until I decided it was time to test it out, but when I opened up the data folder, I could not see the file anywhere, same problem when opening the game launcher.
I did some research around on the internet, and I found that my problem was that I did not run the Creation Kit as an administrator in properties. So I opened the kit again after running it as an admin, but now my previous mod files are nowhere to be found. I noticed that after i untick the administrator box again, my mod files are there again.

I did a test run, opened the creation kit as an administrator and created a new mod save. Then I unticked the administrator box and opened the kit again, running the administrator plugin as active and my previous house mod as plugin, tried to copy the house to the administrator mod and save it like that, but after pressing the save button it presented me with an error:
"MASTERFILE: Unable to complete operation due to failure removing previous file. Plugin 'Data\myhouse.esp' may be locked or read only. Temp file 'Data\myhouse.tes' contains saved data."
If i press yes the kit just stays open and doesnt save, if i press no it closes and i lose all the changes.
Also, I was also unable to find the myhouse.tes anywhere on my computer.

Is there any way I can get my mod opened in the Creation Kit run as an administrator without having to lose all of my work?
Or how could I get my mod working in the game without having to run the kit as administrator and to get my save files to show up in the data folder?

Help please!
