Problem "program not responding"

The game launches this good!
- In multiplayer I enter login and M P loading regardless seconds and the game crashes.
- In the Solo game crashes after the intro.

I have the same problem ,when i finish a match in MP( not everytime) the game freeze, is apper blackscreen and then say not responding.
