Problem with Brotherhood of Steel

One thing i didn't really jive with. I meet this faction, The Brotherhood of Steel. They tell me to go inside and get supplies. I think there is a big armory to get whatever I want. There is nothing but a trashed building with no supplies. Then I see this huge flying ship with these Avatar style helicopters flying all around. I get a ride up to it and they give me this new upgraded power suit. Then I meet the guy with all the supplies and it is nothing more than a trader with limited inventory and ammo. The two don't work well together.

You would think that if we can manufacture all these fine things, why can't we make ammo?

At level 56, the "treasure" loads have gotten a little redundant. I agree with you, on any quest that brings you to a climatic moment, or the situation is such that you expect a badass reward, there should be something else there besides low amounts of various ammo, a pipe pistol, and military duct tape. I find it hard to believe that the people at Bethesda aren't creative enough to up the ante a little. Now, I gotta go, there's some power armor at the Brotherhood of Steel that I'm after.
