I've found a problem with dual wielding:

When you select 2 of the same 'type' of weapon for both hands, such as two greatforge swords, or a greatforge sword and a steel sword, etc, you lose any quick-equip inventory numbering you allocated to them, and you have to keep manually allocating them to hands in the main inventory menu....so basically you can have them in your hands or allocated for use, but once you swap to another weapon or spell, you lose the ability to return to that configuration.
