ok so sometimes I have this problem where i'll try to use a shout and it won't even use it. I have the words unlocked and I have it equipped. My example being I use Elemental Fury a lot for my duel wielding character. Sometimes when i push RB nothing happens at all. Pretty much i just put my weapons away but then it tells me of course you must have a weapon drawn. Well I draw my weapons still can't use shout. It is really bothersome especially in a dragon fight when those last few quick swings could mean life or death. Anybody else having this issue. This has happened to other shouts as well.

I have had a similar issue but in my case I can hear the shout but nothing else. The environment and enemies are completely unaffected!

My game freeze's for 2-3 seconds when i use the ice shout, a few day's ago using shouts would seem delayed, i would press RB to use the shout which didnt work so i resumed combat and eventually the shout would trigger in the direction im looking (and not where i wanted to use/aim it!) that seem's to have fixed itself so far but the ice shout freezing my game for a few seconds remains.

I have a similar problem. I push the button, but nothing happens. Briefly using a weapon or shield to block seems to fix it for me.

It happens to me every now when duel wielding.. simply putting your weapons away for a second will cause the shout to work.
