Problem with the Thieves gulid quest "Scoundrel's Folly& : V

Hi, i need help with this quest. I did everything as intended, but i got issue when I get to

follow the Argonian NPC (think his name is Gulum - Ei.) I gave him the wine needed for bribe but he just won't get off the inn! He just derps there and changes between chairs. I waited for really long time and he just keeps doing it all over again. I tried ignoring him and going into that warehouse myself, but that does nothing. I even tried just killing him to fail the quest and nothing happened. What do? If reload, can you suggest me a cheat to simply skip the quest (as my last save is about 4 - 5 hours before this)?

Sorry, but, if you are not on PC, you might have to reload a save, sorry mate.

I am on PC. I believed it was obvious from the request of cheat to skip the quest, i guess it was not. Sorry.

Well, Pc's can get around quest bugs by using console commands
Go to UESP.net
look up the quest, at the bottom, it should give you to console command for skipping the quest

You either have to skip the quest completely or reload a past save.

Ok, thank you. I will rather skip it since i really don't want to play throught the 3 previous quests again....
