Problems I have noticed.

I've noticed while playing that some enemies have trouble path finding within their own environments. For example: I was happily murdering Wizards in Morvunskar. I ventured into Morvunskar to see if there were any more treacherous wizards within. I ventured down to the 2nd or 3rd floor, where ever the electromancer boss resided. I was sneaking around so I wouldn't get spotted and saved a few feet behind the pressure plate that activates the flamethrower traps. I noticed that both of the wizard women that patrol the area below the stairs off to your left when you enter in have trouble sitting down at the desk in the corner. They get stuck on the boundaries of the platform the desk sits upon. I tried assassinating one without really realizing what was going on and she lagged over behind the desk and I was spotted and given a pair of knee pads. Check that out when you get a chance.

I've tried doing the assassination animation several times on several different targets to the best of my ability on the way I learned how which was to power attack the enemy once within pick pocketing range. Most of the time it didn't work but some of the time it did and I've tried it at various pick pocketing ranges and it doesn't always work the way I perceive it should.

I've also noticed that waterfalls don't look right under water from the waterfall's origin point. I understand that those scenes were put together using multiple pieces as depicted in the very nice art book that came with my collector's edition. (Thanks for that!) I thought that you guys might want to look into that so it doesn't look bad. It seemed like it was a big deal to you guys that the game be hand crafted and that it also appears that way. It breaks the immersion of the gamer to see a water fall flow vertically out of the ground underwater.

This one isn't so much of a game breaking bug but it would be nice if you implemented something that separated character saves instead of having one long list of them. Seriously, you guys must be imperials or something, you love your lists. ;) Thanks for taking the time in reading this.
