I just bought the game and tried to enter the product code but every time I did it said it was wrong. I made sure that everything was right. Please help me so I can play this wounderful game!

How many characters is the code ?? (assuming you have the retail product) -- IIRC there was a batch of them sent out missing one digit (should be 15 digits) If it is in fact missing a digit call BETH support and they should be able to help you get a working code.
