Having a problem with this too. The website says I've redeemed my code successfully but when I go into game I'm still at level 1.

I tried deleting cookies and redoing the procedure but it's still the same.

Im not going through the massive number of posts in this thread to see if someone has mentioned what im about to say but i'm gonna speak my piece anyway...

Ive had to level to level past 6 twice and my promo hasnt worked. I'm eager to see what you guys are going to do for us who havnt been able (and wont be able to) to use whats been promised. Im level 16 already... Hope you dont make me level 5 again...

My problem is that I redeemed with my email connected to gamesas account, but in game I cannot login with my email, Only my username, so I have 2 separate accounts and in reality I only created one... this is bogus, and it needs to be fixed ASAP

They should have just given us a nano suit action figure

comon crytek , my steam allready told me 2 times it downloaded the LE edition , and still nothing is poping up in-game... why are you guy's doing this the only developer i trusted was crytek and yet you fail us all

I actually managed to redeem my code!

Somehow I've always logged in using my email on the site, while the game uses the username. So I tried logging in on the site with my username, and then navigated to the redeem page and voilà, everything worked just fine!

Oh, and I'm using Chrome, if that matters.

I would be very curious how Crytek, EA and Gamespy are going to solve this. You can forget Gamespy, even though they offer "the service" for the logins. E.A. must have massive support tickets and no answers from them.

Well, I successfully Redeemed the code and did what they mention to get it up an running on Crysis 2.
When I re ran the gam nothing looked new or new content was available.
I am new to crysis in general. Is something suppose to pop up or stand out that I must look for??

First of all, sorry about my english im from Spain. I want to tell you what happened to me:

Knowing that reaching this point my prepurchase is useless I decided to connect two or three servers to play my **** payed game... well... in 3 maps I get lvl 5, unlock some dog tags and some weapons.

In my fourth team instant action game the server kicked me saying this "You have been disconected from the server, check your internet connection blablabla..." ok... I turn back to the multiplayer menu... but... I got really surprised wen I realiced that I was a **** lvl 1 again.

I have screenshots showing my unlocked dogtags being a lvl 1 bich, screenshots showing me playing with another players etc.

What can i do? What is going to do Crytek about this?

Edit: Crytek, you owe me my 5 prepurchase levels plus my 5 earned levels

I entered my code and it says its in purchase history but crysis 2 does not detect my content,

if I re-enter the code it says that I already have the content.

I think it has something to do with the accounts involved,

when i made my account for the demo i had to use a different email than i normally use but on the gamesas site i use my normal email, i think that when i lo on to the gamesas site it uses my good account but i think it might be logging in to crysis 2 with the bogus account.

hope a solution comes out soon, i ordered form EA.com too so i get extra extra features.

I already had an account since Crysis 1 (maybe longer) and just used that for the demo and here. Always the same account. I don't see why I would have to make 10 accounts for the same thing.

Each issue has been listed by indidual problem, and probable solutions, it would clearly be a help to post each prob where yr most likely to find some resolve.
thankfully i have in this way managed to finally get online ok, but still no promo,

I recomend everybody to download a free copy of Crysis 2 from any torrent site,the got the MP crack working now and u can play online multiplayer,see it like a BETA becuse that are what this game release is,an beta,and then go back to the store where u got your game and take your money back...Nobody should pay for this game,not before its working,so do what i do,download and play for free and buy the game when its working (Maybe never,who knows...or what do u say Crytek?)

If I worked at Crytek, I'd ban your account from the game, just for saying that.
There's no justification for pirating a game. If you like the product, buy it, if you don't like the product, don't buy it and don't play it.

That is not all that I collect as issues. For example people need to fix the MultiGPU issue by third party program. Plus the hacks/cheaters are going in. Plus gee.. not up to me to make a top 30 issues with Crysis 2 that aren't even listed there.

Over 50% of the post here can and might be deleted. Keep it constructive and patience. They sure understand the frustrations, but ask yourself on ANY forums everywhere if you should be banned, post removed or to be constructive.
