After returning from recruiting Gunmar and Sorine for the A New Order quest I get the vampire check and speech from Isran about how a vampire showed up looking for me. After the quest completed message the Prophet quest doesn't start, Serena doesn't spawn and Isran goes to bed. Does anyone know the console code to force the quest to start?
